The Iconic Breguet Reine de Naples 8928 (Ref: 8928BR) features an 18K rose yellow gold plated stainless steel case and a full pave diamond bezel. It boasts a stunning natural mother-of-pearl dial with Roman numerals and a black leather strap. The elegant oval case is adorned with a coin-edge finish. The bezel and case are set with 117 Swarovski crystals (approximately 0.99 carats). The crown is set with a pear-shaped crystal (approximately 0.26 carats).
